Shipping Has Begun!

Hi everyone,
I hope you're doing well. As the title of this update suggests, we have great news about the fulfilment of your physical rewards.
When are rewards being shipped?
Now! Our logistics partner has all the information and materials they need to ship your products, and the first parcels left the warehouse towards the end of last week!
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Your tracking information will be sent to the email address you used to back this project, and it will also be uploaded to your BackerKit portal by the end of this week. To view the details on BackerKit once uploaded, please follow these steps:
Step 1) Log into your backer account on backerkit.com
Step 2) Click on your Roll & Play: Sci-FiToolkits pledge. This project may appear in your 'Past Projects' tab at the top of the screen.
Step 3) In the 'Track Your Package' and 'Shipping Info' sections, you will be able to see your tracking number and your shipping address.
If you do not receive tracking information by Wednesday 12th April, please email us at [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
When will I receive my rewards?
From the date your package leaves our warehouse, you can roughly expect delivery within the windows below. Some global postal systems are currently experiencing backlogs, so these times may vary.
United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
EU/United States: 7-10 working days
Rest of World: 10-24 working days
Please note: Fulfilment of late pledges, backers whose surveys were completed after the Lock Addresses date, and backers who updated their address after the Lock Addresses date will begin once all other pledge rewards have been shipped. The above delivery windows will also apply.
This is a really exciting time, and we can't wait to hear what you think about your rewards! Digital Download Instructions

Hi everyone,
Your digital downloads are now available! By now, you should have received an email from BackerKit with a list of unique coupon codes (please check your junk email). These codes will allow you to download your rewards through our website. The instructions on how to claim your items are included in the link sent to you by BackerKit, but I am also including them below for your reference.
Please note:
The website is likely to be busy for the next couple of hours due to the significant increase in traffic with backers claiming their digital rewards. If you are finding that the website seems slow, or is not loading a page for you, we would recommend coming back and trying again a little later.
If you have backed this Kickstarter as a gift for someone else, we would recommend sending them the coupon codes and the instructions, as all digital downloads are watermarked with the name and email address of the user redeeming the coupon. These watermarks appear in the top margin of each page, and are unobtrusive.
How to download your digital rewards:
If you have backed one of our previous projects, the download process remains the same. I have put together a tutorial video that guides you through how to download your digital rewards, there are also written instructions beneath it. Step-by-step screenshots are included for assistance in the picture gallery on the Kickstarter: Pledge Ticket page on our website.
One at a time, enter the unique coupon codes sent to you via BackerKit. Make sure you add these to the Coupon field, do not add them to the Gift Card field as they will not work.
After you have added all of your coupon codes, click Proceed to Checkout.
Add your details to create your Roll & Play Press account (where you can download your products) and click Place Order.
Once you place your order, links to your new digital downloads will appear on your screen. These links will also be attached to your order confirmation email. Clicking these links will download products to your device.
You can also access your digital downloads any time from the Downloads panel in the My Account section of this website.
If you have any issues redeeming your rewards, please send us a Kickstarter message or get in touch at [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you would like us to delete your Roll & Play Press account once you have finished downloading your digital rewards, drop us a message and we can do that for you – please note, you will not be able to download extra copies of your digital rewards in the future if your account has been deleted.

Physical and Digital Fulfilment Update

I hope you are all ready to launch into some new sci-fi adventures, because we have some exciting fulfilment news to share!
Physical Reward Fulfilment
Earlier this month, we received samples of the final, printed books to review. We are so happy with the quality of the finished books and hope you love them too! After approving the advance copies, we're pleased to say ALL books have now been printed, and are being delivered to our warehouse this week! Add-ons were completed earlier this month, and the final batch were delivered to us last week.

The picking and packing of each backer's individual rewards will require a little time, but we expect parcels will start to be sent out next week (w/c 27th March). We will send another update with more information on tracking and delivery timelines once the first batch of parcels are dispatched.

February Update: Production and Printing

Hi everyone,
Just under 12 months ago, we were busy preparing to launch our Roll & Play: Sci-Fi Toolkits. Now – right on schedule – we are preparing for their safe arrival to all our wonderful backers! This month's update is all about production and printing. Read on for a glimpse of all the wonderful rewards that will soon be transforming your sci-fi RPG sessions!
Hot off the press
Check out this video of The Sci-Fi Character Kit being printed! We have been getting regular updates from our brilliant printers in Norwich (UK), so we can see every stage of the toolkits being printed and bound, along with the limited edition versions. We're really proud of these books, and are super excited to be able to share the final physical copies with you all.
Embroidered patches, bookmarks, planet briefing documents, art bundles, plot hook cards, character cards, spaceship specifications, battle maps, music... In addition to the two toolkits, this project has also involved managing the production of a HUGE number of additional rewards. Pasha and Kay have handled this tricky logistical task amazingly, and we're happy to say all the rewards are looking great!
Recently, we've been hand-packing a number of your physical rewards into envelopes. We hope you feel the love and care that has been put into each package when you unbox your sci-fi goodies.
Digital production
We are in the process of ensuring all your digital rewards are ready for fulfilment. This has included a redesign of both books (250 combined pages!) to make printer-optimised files – perfect for anyone who wants to print their favourite tables for a binder, or for sticking to their GM screen.

What's next?
All completed and approved products will be sent to our distribution partners in Hayes (UK). Once everything is in place, the team will package the toolkits with any other physical rewards you have ordered and ship them out across the world.
Meanwhile, we'll prepare coupon codes that will allow you to download your digital rewards. As with all of our previous Kickstarter campaigns, we will be fulfilling our digital rewards through our website. If you're new to our projects, or need a reminder, we'll provide detailed instructions on how to access your rewards closer to the time.
Physical and digital fulfilment is due to start in mid-March. We'll be in touch again in the next couple of weeks with more details.
